Kituo cha Sheria na Haki za Binadamu kupitia ukurasa wake wa Facebook imeweka picha ya kwanza ya Dr. Ulimboka baada ya kuokotwa akiwa amepigwa vibaya.
"A team from LHRC is making a close follow up of an incident where a defender was kidnapped under a gun point and brutally bitten due to his stance on fighting for the Doctors’ rights. The defender, Dr. Ulimboka is currently in a critical condition, admitted at MOI as he is seen on the picture below, when he was collected from Bunju Police Post at around 10:00 a.m."
