According to Curbed LA ... the "dilapidated" home of former Playboy Playmate Yvette Vickers has been put up for sale ... just 4 months after her mummified remains were discovered inside the home. Cops believe she may have died more than a year ago ... but nobody checked up on her.
The seller has listed the home at $499k -- but notes it's a "major fixer-upper."
