Faith Hill 'Breathe' a 9/11 song?

Faith Hill's popular song Breathe was evidently a popular song 10 years ago, after the 9/11 attacks. As people remember that tragic day now 10 years later, many are telling their stories about what happened to them on that unforgettable day.
One woman named Dannye Drake-Ivey is a flight attendant for American Airlines. While she did not board one of the planes destined for destruction on September 11, 2001, the pain was still very real to her. As so many of the living say today, "that could have been me." She told her story about mourning some her colleagues and the aftermath of the tragedy.

"The first week she got back from L.A. was filled with memorial services — a different one every day, a haze of sadness and photographs and that Faith Hill song Breathe which she couldn't listen to for months afterward," the Daily Herald reports.

It's really amazing to think about all of the songs associated with 9/11. Sure there is Amazing Grace and God Bless America, but there were many other songs that people associated with that day. Whether it's Beyoncé or Faith Hill, there are plenty of artists whose songs became inspirational... or just the opposite... hard to listen to.

"In a way I know my heart is waking up
As all the walls come tumbling down
I'm closer than I've ever felt before..."
