Fresh off of a full day's work on the "What Maisie Knew" set, Alexander Skarsgard was spotted returning to his New York City hotel on Thursday night (September 8).
Wearing a t-shirt of his football club Hammarby, the Swedish stud toted a copy of David Finkel's book 'The Good Soldiers' while looking a bit tuckered out from the long hours in front of the cameras.
Meanwhile, Alexander's famous father Stellan Skarsgard recently revealed that he was offered a guest role on his son's hit HBO show "True Blood," but said that he turned it down because he "didn't have enough time."
Continuing to talk about the popular vampire series while unwilling to take credit for Alexander's success, Stellan told, "I think it's very well done and he's great in it. I don't give him any advice at all, because for my kids, from the age of 16 their lives are their responsibility. If he had the feeling that it was thanks to me that he had any of his success, it would just be half a success. He owes everything to himself."
