  • Stephanie Madoff Mack's husband Mark Madoff committed suicide last year

  • Stephanie says father-in-law Bernie is a sleaze who ogled her bottom when she was pregnant

  • Bernie is obsessed with cleanliness and borderline OCD, new book says

  • Ruth Madoff may have been born illegitimately

  • Ruth is obsessed with staying youthful and has had two face lifts, the book says

  • She is also a diet obsessive who never eats carbs, but would pick chicken carcasses out of the trash to lick the bones, Stephanie claims

  • Both Madoffs mocked the housekeeper's accent and complained about her 'incompetence' non-stop, the book claims

  • Bernie Madoff once eyed up his daughter-in-law's bottom when she was pregnant with his grandchild and made crude jokes about how big it was, she has claimed.
Stephanie Madoff Mack said the disgraced financier is a sleaze and a hygiene freak who forced her to sign a pre-nup to 'protect his business'.
He was so obsessed about cleanliness that he followed his staff into the toilet and gave his family graphic descriptions of what he saw, she alleged in her memoir.
The book also paints a deeply unflattering portrait of Madoff's wife Ruth and says she used to make racist jibes at her hired help.
She was also such a diet freak she poured copious amounts of salt on food to stop her eating any more than she deems sufficient.
The book claims Ruth Madoff works out three times a week, has had two face lifts and rinses the mayonnaise off the coleslaw rather than eat it.
The 68-year-old was also obsessed with 80s fashion and would fish the carcass of the roast chicken out of the trash because she loved licking the bones.
Despite her wealth and stature she may also have been born illegitimately, Miss Madoff Mack suggested.
She makes the claims in her new memoir 'The End of Normal', about her life married to Mark Madoff, one of Madoff's two sons.
He killed himself last December on the second anniversary of his father's arrest after being unable to cope with the pressure of the investigation into his own affairs.
He and his brother Andrew had both turned their father in and always insisted they knew nothing about what he did.
The book from Miss Madoff Mack, called 'The End of Normal', is the first account from somebody inside the family of what it was like to be caught up in the scandal.
It shows how despite appearing to be what she calls 'the perfect family', there were dark secrets – and extremely unpleasant personalities.
During their first family holiday in Florida, Miss Madoff Mack writes how 'the two of them (Ruth and Bernie) spent the entire time trash talking the hired help'.
